1. Introduction

Welcome to Tracebly! By registering on our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of our services. Tracebly operates globally and provides traceability tools, trading services, stock management, company digitalization, payment tracking, CRM, and lab analysis tracking tools to streamline your business operations.

2. Services

Tracebly offers the following services:

• End-to-end product traceability.
• Stock management and inventory tools.
• A trading platform to connect users.
• CRM and digital tools for managing your company.
• Lab analysis and payment tracking features. These services are intended to help businesses optimize their operations and ensure transparency in the honey supply chain.

3. User Eligibility

There are no specific eligibility requirements for businesses to register on the platform. However, users must agree to provide accurate information during registration and comply with these terms.

4. Pricing

• Tracebly is free for the first 4 months after registration.
• Afterward, the pricing structure is as follows:
  • 0.02 EUR cents per kilogram of honey managed on the platform.
  • 1% of the sale price for any transaction conducted through the platform.
• Invoices will be issued monthly, and payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension of your account (see Section 9).

5. User Responsibilities

To ensure transparency and accuracy, users must:

1. Provide accurate business information during registration, including:
   • Chamber of Commerce number.
   • Company address, telephone number, website, and email.
2. Input accurate data when adding purchases, such as:
   • Beekeeper details (name, contact information, and apiary passport).
   • Origin of honey and traceability details. Falsification of any information is strictly prohibited (see Section 6).

6. Usage Guidelines

Users are required to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information at all times.
• Avoid posting false data regarding purchases, sales, or product details. Violations of these guidelines may result in account suspension (see Section 9).

7. Data Privacy

Tracebly collects company information (including publicly available data) and beekeeper data to enable traceability. All data is used in compliance with applicable data privacy laws. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of this data for the purpose of providing our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and data on the Tracebly platform are the exclusive property of Tracebly. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of platform content is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination Policy

Tracebly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

• False information is provided (e.g., false prices, quantities, addresses, or registration numbers).
• Payments are not made within the stipulated 30-day period.
• Other violations of these Terms and Conditions occur. Users will be notified prior to suspension, with an opportunity to rectify the issue.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tracebly is not liable for:

• Downtime or interruptions in platform availability.
• Inaccuracies in traceability or data caused by user input errors. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all data entered on the platform.

11. Integration of Third-Party Tools

Tracebly can integrate third-party tools upon user request. Development and integration costs will be borne by the requesting user.

12. Disputes Between Users

Tracebly acts as a neutral platform and is not responsible for disputes between users, including those arising from transactions, pricing, or product quality.

13. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands or Moldova, depending on the jurisdiction of the dispute. Any legal proceedings must be conducted within the applicable jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to Terms

Tracebly reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via email of any changes, which will take effect 30 days after notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
